| sewage pumping plant (3) using gravity. Pump house 4 |
| provides some assist getting the sewage to the pumping plant. |
| The sewage pumping plant also has emergency storage capability. |
| Pump house 2 pumps sewage to pump house 1 which pumps the |
| sewage to the top of the hill where a meter measures flow (5.) |
| At the top of the hill, gravity takes over again moving the sewage |
| to the DSPUD treatment plant of which SLCWD owns 44%. |
